The company's behavior has been suspected of violating the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures for the Leasing, Operation and Service of Minibus (No. 17, 2021, Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China). The rectification team made a decision on the spot to temporarily detain the involved vehicle Qiong ASM570 for 7 days, and will make further treatment after the municipal comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau has completed the filing investigation. Case 2: The driver of Asia Tianxing Taxi Co., Ltd. refused to take the taxi at the gate of Yalong Bay Seaview Resort Hotel at 08:47 a.m. on January 16, 2023. The driver of the taxi wanted to take the Qiong BD54363 taxi belonging to Tianxing to the Baihuagu Commercial Street, but the driver refused to take the taxi without justified reasons. After investigation and verification, the passenger reported that the driver was Lin. The behavior of the driver concerned has violated the provisions of the Sanya Taxi Service Quality and Reputation Assessment Method, and the Municipal Transportation Bureau has made the following treatment according to law: First, the driver Lin Moumou was notified of the whole industry, and his service quality and reputation assessment score was deducted by 20 points, and was listed in the "bad record list" of the industry.
