Today, with the theme of learning and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, we hold the first collective study of the Political Bureau of the 20th CPC Central Committee, with the purpose of demonstrating for the whole party. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a series of major achievements in politics, theory and practice. Comrade Mao Zedong said, "It is a Marxism-Leninist art of leadership to be good at transforming the Party's policies into the actions of the masses, and at making every movement and struggle of our country understand and master not only the leading cadres, but also the masses." The Political Bureau of the Central Committee should take the lead in grasping the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, Promote the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress to be widely and deeply understood by the cadres and masses. Whenever the Party Central Committee makes a major decision and deployment, we call on all Party comrades to strengthen their study, so as to unify the thoughts and actions of the whole Party, and gather a strong force to overcome difficulties and forge ahead in unity. This is a successful experience of the Party. With regard to the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, I made a request at the first plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, the first meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the first meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. Today, I would like to make some comments from three aspects. First, work hard on comprehensive learning.
