"Welcome to the live broadcast room. The skin of No. 25 sweet potato in my home is as thin as paper, and the taste is fine. The sugar heart is oily, and the goods are delivered in seconds. Thank you for placing the order." Every day, selling sweet potatoes in the live broadcast room has become the daily routine of Zhang Mengxia, a villager of Qianchang Village, Bacha Road Town, Linqing City, Shandong Province. Outside the live broadcast room, two customer service personnel responded to customers' inquiries in front of the computer. In Qianchang Erzhuang Village, more and more villagers open online stores, and there are more than 10 e-commerce enterprises. In recent years, Linqing has taken the development of e-commerce as an important starting point to boost rural revitalization and promote industrial transformation and upgrading. There are more than 1600 e-commerce operators of various types, more than 9500 active stores on various platforms, and more than 7500 practitioners, promoting the continuous emergence of new models of rural circulation and new consumption scenarios. China's rural market system has been continuously improved, and the coverage of rural e-commerce has been continuously expanded, which has effectively promoted the increase of farmers' income and the improvement and expansion of rural consumer market, and the development of rural e-commerce is full of vitality. The vitality comes from the continuous release of policy dividends. Not long ago, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline of the Strategic Plan for Expanding Domestic Demand (2022-2035), "We will improve the circulation network of agricultural products, strengthen the construction of the rural commerce and trade system, and smooth the two-way circulation channels of industrial products to the countryside and agricultural products to the city. We will improve the county-level and rural three-level logistics node construction system with county-level logistics nodes as the core, township service sites as the skeleton, and village-level terminal nodes as the extension, and improve the rural e-commerce supporting services." Encouraged by the policy, data has become the new agricultural means, mobile phones have become the new agricultural machinery, and live broadcast has become the new agricultural work, The potential of rural e-commerce has been fully stimulated. The vitality comes from the active exploration of all parties. The supply and marketing, postal and other departments have actively transformed and extended the online and offline marketing network to rural areas. Large platform enterprises have promoted the sinking of the supply channels of goods and services, and rural e-commerce operators have become more diversified. In January 2020, the online sales platform of agricultural and sideline products in poverty-stricken areas built and operated by China Supply and Marketing E-commerce Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. As of December 31, 2022, the platform had accumulated more than 20000 suppliers, with a total transaction volume of 33.46 billion yuan, and helped nearly 3 million farmers in 832 poverty-stricken counties consolidate the results of poverty alleviation. According to the data, from 2013 to 2021, China's rural online retail sales increased from 0.11 trillion yuan to 2.05 trillion yuan, an increase of more than 18 times. The vitality comes from the accelerated replenishment of circulation weaknesses. By June 2022, the relevant departments have supported 1489 counties to build more than 2600 county-level e-commerce public service centers and logistics distribution centers, 153000 village-level e-commerce logistics service stations, and 90% of the national organic village express service coverage. The rural modern commercial circulation system has been accelerated. Wang Yun, deputy director and researcher of the Institute of Foreign Economics of the Chinese Academy of Macroeconomics, suggested that we should further expand the circulation channels of agricultural products, develop the rural logistics distribution system, improve the standardization of agricultural products and the proportion of e-commerce sales, make use of the existing rural e-commerce centers and logistics distribution centers, create county e-commerce industry clusters, and cultivate regional public brands and well-known products.
