Wang Xiaoping: Since last year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with relevant departments, has conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, implemented the employment priority policy in depth, and maintained the overall stability of the employment situation. The main employment indicators operated smoothly. By 2022, 12.06 million new jobs were created in cities and towns across the country, exceeding the annual target of 11 million people ahead of schedule. The employment of key groups is basically stable, the employment level of college graduates is generally stable, and the scale of the poverty relief population is higher than that of the previous year. The Party Central Committee and the State Council insist on putting employment at the top of "six stability" and "six guarantees", and deeply implement the employment priority policy, which provides a fundamental guarantee for stabilizing employment and ensuring employment. At the same time, it also benefits from a series of positive factors. First, it benefits from the basic effect of economic recovery.
