The cooperation framework agreement signed by the three parties proposes to set up a talent cooperation office, a talent policy publicity and interpretation project, an international youth talent study and internship project, to cooperate in the research of talent coordinated development, to hold Guangdong Hong Kong Macao talent exchange activities, a talent training class and a joint advanced training project in the Greater Bay Area, a joint talent recruitment and talent introduction project in the Greater Bay Area, and to promote the convergence of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macao talent evaluation standards The first batch of 9 talent cooperation projects, including the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Talent Collaborative Expert Advisory Committee, were jointly built. The first cooperation project launched that day was to set up Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Talent Cooperation Offices in Hong Kong, Macao and Nansha. Nansha is a national talent management reform pilot zone and a Guangdong Hong Kong Macao talent cooperation demonstration zone. With regard to the employment of talents concerned by Hong Kong and Macao residents, Nansha has recognized Hong Kong and Macao professionals in 13 professional fields, and successfully filed 55 Hong Kong engineering construction consulting enterprises and 253 Hong Kong professionals; Take the lead in the country to hire 7 labor and personnel dispute arbitrators from Hong Kong and Macao on a pilot basis; We will implement a "green channel" for business endorsement and filing between Hong Kong and Macao to facilitate the development of Hong Kong and Macao talents in Nansha.
