We should adhere to the theme of high-quality development, put the new development concept throughout the whole process of publishing, promote the effective improvement of publishing quality and reasonable growth of publishing quantity, promote the in-depth integration of publishing, speed up the pace of publishing going global, and build a new pattern of publishing industry development. We need to tighten political responsibilities, strengthen content oriented checks and quality management, improve the timeliness and quality of filing major topics, carry out in-depth special governance, strictly regulate market behavior, and improve industry governance capabilities.
