Liu Guozhong pointed out that the adjustment of novel coronavirus infection from "Class B A control" to "Class B B control" is a major decision made on the basis of comprehensive analysis of virus variation, epidemic situation and prevention and control work, which reflects the requirements of adhering to the people first, life first, scientific prevention and accurate implementation. The implementation of "Class B and Class B management" is a complex system project, which puts forward new and higher requirements for all aspects of work. It is necessary to strengthen confidence, take the initiative to assume responsibility, improve response preparation, optimize prevention and control measures, complement weaknesses, and ensure smooth transition and stable succession. Liu Guozhong stressed that the focus of prevention and control work should be shifted to "protecting health and preventing severe diseases". We should strengthen the guarantee of drugs and medical equipment, do a good job in production scheduling and the connection between supply and demand, and do a good job in the supply of basic medical materials for township hospitals and village clinics.
