Second, we should focus on solving the problem of rural security weaknesses. We will encourage all localities to thoroughly tackle risks and hidden dangers in key areas such as rural transportation, fire protection, and self built commercial housing, effectively prevent various rural security risks, and provide necessary guarantees for the safety of production and life of farmers. Third, we should continue to strengthen the construction of agricultural and rural emergency response capacity. Focus on the safety and security issues in the rural revitalization strategy, strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure and rural housing safety standards, and support the renovation of dilapidated rural buildings and earthquake resistance. Give play to the role of grassroots security officers, firefighters and social forces, and improve the level of rural security. The meeting pointed out that work safety faced many new situations and problems at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, and we should highlight the key points and resolutely prevent sensitive and major accidents. We will strengthen safety services in key places such as hospitals and pharmaceutical material manufacturers, and in special places such as nursing homes, trusteeship centers, and children's welfare homes, to help eliminate potential safety hazards such as fires. Strengthen the safety supervision of enterprises returning to work and production, and focus on high-risk industries.
