Adhere to the concept of truth, affinity and sincerity and the correct concept of justice and benefit, strengthen solidarity and cooperation with developing countries, and safeguard and expand the legitimate rights and interests of developing countries. Third, we should continue to gather the greatest common divisor of global governance. Hold high the banner of building a community with a shared future for mankind, vigorously carry forward the common values of all mankind, take promoting the building of a new type of international relations as the path, rely on the implementation of the global development initiative and the global security initiative, firmly maintain the international system with the United Nations at its core and the international order based on international law, and form more consensus, gather greater strength and take more actions for global development and security. Fourth, we should actively serve the country's high-quality development and opening up.
