Next year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Kuwait, which is worthy of joint commemoration by both sides. China highly appreciates Kuwait's firm adherence to the one China principle, and is willing to continue to support each other on issues involving each other's core interests, consolidate and deepen China Kuwait relations, and push bilateral relations to a new level. China is willing to strengthen all-round cooperation with Kuwait, expand trade in agricultural products, strengthen cooperation in rice, cocoa and other planting and processing, support Kuwait to expand and strengthen its cocoa industry, and hope that China will support the construction of relevant projects as soon as possible and give full play to their benefits. China is willing to continue to encourage Chinese enterprises to invest and develop business in Kosovo, and expand bilateral cooperation in digital economy, new energy and other fields. The Chinese side appreciates the ruling concept of attaching equal importance to development and security, and is willing to strengthen policy exchanges with the Kuwaiti side, carry out cooperation according to the needs of the Kuwaiti side and provide support within its capabilities. China has always adhered to the concept of truth, affinity and sincerity and the correct concept of justice and interests to strengthen solidarity and cooperation with African countries, and is willing to continue to implement the Global Development Initiative and the action plan of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation with practical actions to help Africa's development. China is willing to work with Ivory Coast and other African countries to safeguard international equity and justice and safeguard the common interests of developing countries.
