Shenzhen Qianhai Court recently released the Guidelines on Deeply Promoting the Convergence of Cross border Commercial Litigation Rules, eight supporting systems, and two volumes of the Series of White Papers on the Convergence of Cross border Commercial Legal Rules to promote the convergence of cross-border commercial legal rules. The relevant person in charge of the Qianhai Court introduced that this time, the Qianhai Court integrated the legal resources of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, promoted the convergence of cross-border commercial legal rules in a multidimensional and multi-level manner, and gave full play to the rule of law demonstration function of the trial work in the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. At present, Qianhai Court has carried out a comparative study on eight types of cross-border commercial legal rules, including sales contracts, international cargo transport contracts, entrusted financial management contracts, agency contracts, guarantee contracts, financial loan contracts, damage to the interests of the company, and damage to the interests of the company's creditors. It will continue to publish in the form of white papers, gradually forming a full coverage of the convergence of cross-border commercial legal rules. The system of Qianhai Court's cross-border commercial legal rules convergence includes two aspects: the convergence of procedural rules and the convergence of substantive rules. Within the existing legal framework, the system is oriented to procedural rules and substantive rules, and promotes the convergence of cross-border commercial legal rules from the "four paths" of more convenient litigation, more integrated systems, more mutual trust in cooperation, and more transparent rules.
