The interval between the second dose of booster immunization and the first dose of booster immunization is more than 6 months. According to the implementation plan, all vaccines approved for conditional marketing or emergency use can be used for the second dose of booster immunization. Priority should be given to sequential booster immunization, or the second booster vaccination should be carried out with vaccines containing or having good cross immunity to the Omicron virus strain. The implementation plan requires ensuring vaccination safety. All localities should continue to give top priority to vaccination safety, and organize the implementation of vaccination in strict accordance with the requirements of the Vaccination Work Specifications. Local health departments should implement the "four haves" requirements that vaccination units have emergency first-aid personnel stationed in general hospitals above level 2, first-aid equipment and drugs, 120 emergency vehicles on site, and green channels for treatment in general hospitals above level 2 to ensure vaccination safety. The vaccination unit shall do a good job in the registration of vaccination information and the management of vaccine flow, and timely and accurately update the vaccination records in the immunization planning information system and vaccination vouchers.
