The management measures are clear, and the data in the industrial and information fields include industrial data, telecommunication data, radio data, etc. Industrial data refers to the data generated and collected in the process of R&D design, production and manufacturing, operation management, operation and maintenance, platform operation, etc. Telecommunication data refers to the data generated and collected in telecommunication business activities. Radio data refers to radio frequency, station (station) and other radio wave parameter data generated and collected in radio business activities.
