Not long ago, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, Hebei Provincial Health Commission and Shandong Provincial Health Commission jointly released the Notice on Publishing the Mutual Recognition Results of Clinical Laboratory Results of Medical Institutions in Beijing Tianjin Hebei Shandong Region in 2021-2022. Seven new projects were added to the four provinces and cities, reaching 50; 813 medical institutions achieved mutual recognition of clinical test results, with 271 new ones. Promote mutual recognition of inspection and test results of medical institutions, which can simplify the process of patients' medical treatment and save time and expenses for patients; For medical institutions, it can improve the utilization efficiency of medical and health resources. However, a basic premise of mutual recognition of inspection and test results is that the inspection quality and technology between medical institutions meet the standards, and the inspection results are comparable. In this sense, to promote mutual recognition of medical examination results, we should not only strict the threshold of access, but also strengthen the daily supervision of institutions included in the mutual recognition list, establish an exit mechanism, so as to urge relevant institutions to strictly implement inspection standards, ensure the standardization, integrity and consistency of mutual recognition results, and make the system truly implemented. The continuous and orderly promotion of mutual recognition of medical examination results is conducive to promoting more medical institutions to improve their inspection level and strive to join the mutual recognition system of medical examination results. Therefore, we should ensure the authority of mutual recognition standards, better play its role as a baton, promote the overall inspection level and efficiency, and let the people enjoy better and more convenient medical services.
