We can accelerate the construction of diversified and hierarchical continuing education and training models, constantly improve learning channels, and enhance the effectiveness of continuing education and training. We will encourage the whole society to actively participate in and support continuing education, create a good atmosphere under the guidance of the government, with the wide participation of enterprises, universities, training institutions and individuals, and the general recognition of the society, so as to promote the construction of a learning society. We should scientifically define the standards for running schools and evaluating the quality of continuing education, and give continuing education schools and training institutions full autonomy in the flexible setting of specialties, evaluation and appointment of teachers, investment and use of school running funds, etc. We should guide the scientific management and standardized development of continuing education institutions, and give them more room for development.
