In this regard, the procuratorial organ, together with the public security organ and the education administrative department, carried out the work of screening the illegal and criminal records of teachers and staff in the city's private new resident children's schools and the qualifications of teachers. In view of the nonstandard recruitment and audit of school teachers and the blind spots in campus safety, the procuratorial organ issued procuratorial suggestions on social governance to the education administrative department and the school respectively, promoting the school to implement the "one person, one file" management on the appointment, assessment and training of teachers. In 2018, the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued a procuratorial proposal to the Ministry of Education on campus security and other issues. The procurators immediately started the consultation procedure, coordinated the public security organs, streets, road contractors and other on-site centralized offices, and issued procuratorial suggestions to relevant units to urge them to perform their duties according to law. At present, the roads around the campus are equipped with a stop violation monitoring system and a combination sign of "Pay Attention to Children". The law enforcement has been strengthened, the potential safety hazards have been basically eliminated, and parents have been reassured. "Practice shows that the 'No. 1 procuratorial proposal' has had a radiating effect and has become a fulcrum to promote the reform and improvement of the juvenile judicial system, especially the juvenile procuratorial system."
