For young and middle-aged teachers, we will promote the comprehensive reform of teacher training based on the "National Training Program". The fourth is to promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture throughout the national education. Further consolidate and strengthen the position and advantages of the International Chinese Brain Science Research Center, and do a good job in the construction of Chinese culture textbooks for universities, middle schools and primary schools. Fifth, we will improve the system of minority education and special education. The modernization of Chinese education is the modernization of high-quality and balanced development of education. To realize the transformation of education from basic balance to high-quality balance is the need of the people and the direction of the country. Beijing Normal University has deeply implemented the "teacher excellence plan", vigorously promoted the "teacher strengthening project", and trained more "four haves" good teachers who can stay and do well in the field of grassroots education.
