After obtaining the consent of his relatives, Fengtai District Procuratorate decided to support the prosecution of Wang Mouyi's divorce dispute and application for the appointment of a guardian. In April this year, the court issued two supporting indictments to the court. After the trial, the court fully adopted the opinion of the procuratorial organ supporting the prosecution. In May, the court ruled that Wang and Li were allowed to divorce, and Li returned part of Wang's personal savings before marriage of more than 60000 yuan, and compensated 50000 yuan for personal damage; In June, the court decided to designate Wang Moujia as the guardian of Wang Mouyi. In June this year, Fengtai District Procuratorate, after examination, believed that Wang met the conditions for national judicial assistance and decided to grant him 40000 yuan as relief fund.
