China and Mongolia are important neighbors to each other. It is in the fundamental interests of the two peoples to maintain a long-term stable good neighborly, friendly and cooperative relationship. China adheres to the concept of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness, and the diplomatic policy of building friendship and partnership with its neighbors, and attaches great importance to deepening China Mongolia friendship, mutual trust and interest integration. The two sides joined hands in fighting the epidemic, keeping watch and helping each other, and carried forward the traditional friendship. The exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various fields have continued to deepen and become more practical, setting a model for state to state exchanges. In the face of an increasingly unstable and uncertain international environment, China is willing to work with Mongolia to promote a stable and long-term China Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership under the leadership of building a community of shared future between the two countries and better benefit the two peoples. China and Mongolia can move forward together on the path of national rejuvenation and national modernization, build a model of integrated development, shared destiny and contribute to building a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind. The two sides should strengthen dialogue and cooperation among all departments and at all levels and exchange and learn from each other in governance and administration, and promote the docking between the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the "Prairie Road" initiative, the global development initiative and Mongolia's "New Revival Policy", China's "two-step" development strategic goals and Mongolia's "Vision 2050" long-term development policy, so as to inject strong impetus into the deepening development of China Mongolia relations through these three engines. China is willing to expand cooperation with Mongolia in such key areas as economy and trade, energy and mining, connectivity, and expand cooperation in information technology, livestock products deep processing, and other fields. The competent departments of the two countries should continue to work closely together, open new connectivity channels at an early date, and actively promote the construction of the China Mongolia Russia Economic Corridor and the laying of the China Russia natural gas pipeline through Mongolia. China appreciates Mongolia's plan of "planting one billion trees" and is willing to discuss with Mongolia the establishment of a China Mongolia cooperation center for desertification control. The two sides also need to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between legislative bodies, governments, political parties, local authorities and other departments, as well as in science and technology, education, health, tourism, media, youth, people to people and cultural fields, so as to help strengthen the foundation of China Mongolia friendship and benefit the two peoples. The Chinese side is willing to actively support the construction of Mongolia Youth Sports Center and other projects to create a new landmark for China Mongolia friendship. China is willing to work closely with Mongolia to safeguard genuine multilateralism, resist camp confrontation and safeguard solidarity and cooperation of the international community.
