On November 28, Premier Li Keqiang delivered a video address at the eighth round of dialogue between Chinese and Japanese entrepreneurs and former senior officials. Li Keqiang said that China and Japan are neighbors that cannot be moved away. As major economies in the world, they share broad common interests and cooperation space. Maintaining the healthy and stable development of China Japan relations is in the interests of both sides, is conducive to the well-being of the two peoples, and is also conducive to peace, stability and development of the region and the world. Facing the future, the two sides should be committed to peaceful and friendly coexistence, adhere to the principles established in the four political documents of China and Japan, treat each other's development objectively and rationally, respect each other and treat each other equally, maintain a peaceful external environment and a stable surrounding environment, and realize the common development of China, Japan and countries in the region. Li Keqiang pointed out that the two sides can give play to their complementary advantages and continue to promote and deepen economic and trade cooperation in combination with their respective national development needs. China is willing to strengthen dialogue and cooperation with Japan in digital economy, green development, finance, medical care and elderly care, and maintaining the stability and smoothness of the industrial chain supply chain, so as to better achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Li Keqiang stressed that opening up is China's basic national policy. Over the past 40 years, we have developed ourselves in the process of opening up, benefiting the people and the world. There is no reason for China to open its door and it will never close it. We adhere to free trade and fair trade, and are committed to continuously creating a market-oriented, legal, and international business environment, treating all types of enterprises equally and fairly. China has always been a big market in the world and a hot spot for investment from all countries. We welcome enterprises from all countries, including Japanese enterprises, to continue to expand cooperation with China, share China's development opportunities and open new windows for cooperation.
