On the morning of November 18 local time, the 29th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting was held at the National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand. Over the past few decades, economic cooperation in the Asia Pacific region has flourished, creating a remarkable "miracle in the Asia Pacific region", and the Asia Pacific cooperation has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Now, once again, the world is standing at the crossroads of history, and the Asia Pacific is more important and playing a more prominent role. Under the new situation, we should work together to build an Asia Pacific community of shared future and create new brilliance in Asia Pacific cooperation. First, safeguard international fairness and justice and build a peaceful and stable Asia Pacific. The rapid economic growth of the Asia Pacific in the past few decades has provided an important inspiration for mutual respect, solidarity and cooperation. When things come up, we should discuss them and seek the greatest common denominator. We should adhere to the concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security, respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries, non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, respect the development path and social system independently chosen by the people of all countries, attach importance to the legitimate security concerns of all countries, and resolve differences and disputes among countries peacefully through dialogue and consultation. We should actively participate in global governance, promote the development of the international order in a more just and reasonable direction, and ensure peace and stability in the Asia Pacific and the world. Second, we should adhere to openness and inclusiveness and build an Asia Pacific region of common prosperity. We should adhere to open regionalism, strengthen macroeconomic policy coordination, build a closer regional industrial chain supply chain, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, steadily advance the process of regional economic integration, and build a high-level Asia Pacific free trade area at an early date. We should adhere to the principle that development is for the people, depends on the people, and the fruits of development are shared by the people, so as to promote common prosperity for all people in the Asia Pacific region. China is willing to work with all parties concerned to implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in a comprehensive and high-quality manner, continue to promote accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement and the Digital Economic Partnership Agreement, and promote regional integrated development. Next year, China will consider holding the third the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation to inject new impetus into the development and prosperity of the Asia Pacific and the world. Third, adhere to green and low-carbon development and build a clean and beautiful Asia Pacific. We should strengthen economic and technological cooperation, accelerate the coordinated development of digitalization and greening, promote the transformation and upgrading of energy resources, industrial structure and consumption structure, and promote green economic and social development. The Chinese side will provide support for the implementation of the Bangkok goal of biological recycling and green economy, and coordinate the promotion of ecological environment protection and economic development. We welcome Asia Pacific countries to actively participate in the global development initiative and strengthen practical cooperation in poverty reduction, food, energy, health and other fields. Fourth, we should adhere to common destiny and build an Asia Pacific region that helps each other on guard. We should take a strategic and long-term view of Asia Pacific cooperation, maintain APEC's position as the main channel in regional cooperation, and maintain the right direction of Asia Pacific cooperation.
