At present, the global development process is facing unprecedented challenges, and developing countries, especially vulnerable countries, are seriously impacted. We need to put development at the center of the international agenda, foster new drivers of global development, build a global partnership for development, and promote stronger, green and healthy global development, so that more and more equitable development results can benefit every country and every person. In this regard, countries should do what they say and make more reports than slogans. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with the United Nations to jointly promote the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative to achieve tangible results. We will promote the overall progress of mankind with Chinese path to modernization, bring new opportunities to the world with China's new development, and provide more stability and certainty for the turbulent world. China will continue to adhere to genuine multilateralism and firmly support the work of the United Nations. He said that developing countries are experiencing crisis after crisis in food, energy and climate change, and the global development inequality and imbalance are very serious. The United Nations highly appreciates China's adherence to multilateralism. The global development initiative proposed by China is consistent with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations. China has made incomparable efforts in helping developing countries develop together. The United Nations firmly supports the one China principle, which is an untouchable red line and must be respected.
