Children are the future of our motherland and the hope of our nation. I have been engaged in preschool education for nearly 30 years, and the kindergarten has been renovated again and again. I have also changed from "Teacher Xiao Wang" in the past to "Mother of the Principal" now. The more I work with the children, the more energetic I become. The more I work, the more I like it. In the past 10 years, I feel that the whole society has been paying more attention to preschool education. Previously, my kindergarten was the only public kindergarten nearby, but now there are more than 20 public kindergartens in the whole district. Preschool education is more inclusive and high-quality, and children's needs for admission are better met. With policy support, preschool education teachers are growing. When I hold the first parents' meeting for the new parents every year, I will proudly introduce the high-quality and highly educated teachers in the kindergarten. In terms of teaching, we put forward the direction of "teaching and learning grow together". We hope that the children's three years in the park will become the three years of their life. Taking root means to act naturally, embellish every bit, and cultivate every word and deed, so that children can better interact naturally with their peers and warmly with teachers in the learning process. Nowadays, the silent way of education has been deeply rooted in our garden. Children's growth is relaxed, teachers' work is leisurely, and the garden is a positive and happy scene. We believe that children's abilities in all aspects can be improved imperceptibly by combining education with fun and learning with fun. For teachers, they also need to constantly hone and exercise through practice to grow up with children. Nowadays, most of the young teachers in the park have high educational background and good theoretical and professional knowledge foundation. This is an advantage, but there are also weaknesses that lack practical experience. Therefore, we take the training of teachers as a key project. Whether in daily work or in regular case based kindergarten training, senior teachers actively impart their accumulated experience for many years, so that young teachers can benefit greatly. To improve the level of preschool education, we should also increase the training of kindergarten teachers. Last year, benefiting from local policies, I, as the teacher representative of preschool education, established a famous teacher studio. The members of the studio come from more than 10 kindergartens in the district, and the team is still growing. We carry out participatory and experiential activities based on the characteristics and work needs of the members and the current work of the kindergarten. There are both theoretical learning and on-site practice. Young teachers have grown up very fast, and I have become more determined in this process. Early childhood is an important foundation period of life, and preschool education is a starting point project. Next, I will continue to work with confidence, enthusiasm and dedication with the teachers in the park to improve the quality of education in an all-round way, help children grow up healthily and help them to become pillars of the staff as soon as possible.
