This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the ROK. The 30-year history shows that the healthy and stable development of China ROK relations is in the fundamental interests of the two peoples. China is willing to work with the ROK to maintain, consolidate and develop China ROK relations and provide more stability for the region and the world. The economies of China and the ROK are highly complementary. We should promote the docking of development strategies to achieve common development and prosperity between the two countries. We should speed up negotiations on bilateral free trade agreements, deepen cooperation in high-tech manufacturing, big data, green economy and other fields, jointly safeguard the international free trade system, ensure the safety, stability and smoothness of the global industrial chain supply chain, and oppose politicization and pan security of economic cooperation. China is willing to carry out people to people and cultural exchanges and cooperation with the ROK, strengthen communication and coordination in the G20 and other countries, jointly practice genuine multilateralism and safeguard regional peace and stability. Yin Xiyue said that the ROK is willing to take the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the ROK and China this year as an opportunity to develop relations with China based on mutual respect and mutual benefit, which is in line with the common interests of the two countries. The ROK hopes to maintain exchanges at all levels with China, strengthen people to people and cultural exchanges, enhance people to people friendship between the two countries, safeguard the free trade system and cooperate to meet global challenges.
