On November 12, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi attended the unveiling ceremony of the Global Development Promotion Center. Today, the Center was officially established and inaugurated, which is a new step for China to implement the global development initiative and deepen international development cooperation. The global development project library continues to expand, and cooperation platforms continue to increase. The participants are more diverse and the parties interact more frequently. Wang Yi stressed that Chinese path to modernization provides new choices for mankind to realize modernization, and China's new development also brings new opportunities for global development. The Chinese side will adhere to the concept of truth, affinity and sincerity, and the correct concept of justice and benefit, increase investment in international development cooperation, build and make good use of the global development promotion center, and build it into an important platform to promote the deepening and implementation of global development initiatives, so as to inject new momentum and make new contributions to the realization of the UN 2030 sustainable development agenda as scheduled.
