Among the "small giant" enterprises specializing in special and new technologies, more than 60% are deeply involved in industrial basic fields, and more than 90% have become supporting facilities for well-known enterprises at home and abroad, including more than 400 "supporting experts" in aviation, aerospace and other fields. China has established and improved a service system for coordinated action of government public services, market-oriented services and public welfare services, built 1077 SME development promotion centers above the county level, more than 3800 SME public service demonstration platforms above the provincial level, cultivated and encouraged more than 700 national SME public service demonstration platforms to provide technical innovation, listing guidance, innovation achievements transformation, digital empowerment Intellectual property application, industrial design, energy-saving diagnosis and other services.
