Recently, the People's Court of Jianshan District, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province issued its first order of personal safety protection in 2022, which protects the personal safety of Gong and his relatives who are threatened by domestic violence in divorce proceedings, and tells Liu, the perpetrator, to perform his legal obligations according to the "order of personal safety protection". Gong and Liu got married in 2011. After the marriage, the husband often fought with his wife after drinking. The two parties agreed to divorce in 2018 at the local civil affairs bureau and registered for remarriage in the same year. After remarriage, the husband still often drank too much, and insulted and abused his wife after drinking too much. In April 2022, Gong filed a divorce lawsuit with the court. After the court's mediation before the lawsuit, Liu expressed his repentance for his behavior and promised that such things would not happen again. Since then, Mr. Liu still often attacked Mr. Gong personally after drinking heavily, insulted and harassed Mr. Gong by using WeChat, telephone and other forms, and knocked at his mother's house. Gong sued again on August 3, 2022 to divorce Liu, and submitted an application for a personal safety protection order to the court. After reviewing the relevant evidence, the court could confirm that Liu had committed domestic violence against Gong and his mother based on his various performances. The court in Jianshan District then served a personal safety protection order on both parties, and at the same time served a personal safety protection order and a document to assist in the implementation to the public security organ and the community neighborhood committee within the jurisdiction, requesting assistance in the implementation to ensure the implementation effect of the protection order.
