2022-11-11
"Here we come! Recently, the Anhui Ship of the Navy organized a practical training in a certain sea area. The officers and soldiers turned their political enthusiasm for learning and implementing the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China into their practical ability to train and prepare for war." The Anhui warship shown in the figure is a new type 075 amphibious assault ship, which indicates that the third 075 amphibious assault ship of the People's Navy will be launched. Military experts believe that in less than two years, three Type 075 amphibious attack ships have been in service and gradually formed their combat effectiveness and support capacity, demonstrating the determination and urgency of the PLA to develop advanced weapons and equipment. On April 23, 2021, the first Type 075 amphibious assault ship Hainan (Ship No. 31) was handed over and put into operation at a military port in Sanya. The 075 amphibious assault ship is the latest generation of amphibious warfare weapons and equipment in China. It is equipped with a straight deck and dock hold, and can carry helicopters, amphibious air cushion landing craft, amphibious combat vehicles and other amphibious warfare equipment. It is capable of three-dimensional landing operations. Since its entry into the fleet, Hainan Ship has completed collaborative training with multiple shipborne helicopters, tank mounted and air cushion landing craft for many times. On April 21, 2022, the second 075 amphibious assault ship Guangxi Ship (Ship 32) appeared in a CCTV military report for the first time and carried out basic training. According to the report, Guangxi is the first amphibious assault ship independently developed by China, which is a milestone in improving China's amphibious combat capability and improving the combat system. According to the report, "How to speed up the formation of combat capability with new equipment has become the top priority in the current training of Guangxi ships." On November 10, the third amphibious assault ship, Anhui Ship 075 (Ship 33), arrived. In a year and a half, three amphibious attack ships have been listed one after another, and practical military training has been carried out step by step, which is of great significance for accelerating the improvement of winning ability and effectively fulfilling the mission of our army in the new era. The number of Type 075 amphibious attack ships in the navy family is not only increasing, but also their combat effectiveness is gradually forming. The first Hainan and Guangxi ships to be listed have been trained together for many times. In May of this year, a CCTV report made public for the first time the same frame photos of Guangxi and Hainan ships at sea. In October, Hainan ships and Guangxi ships were once again in the same frame. Hainan ships and Guangxi ships formed a landing transportation group in a certain sea area of the South China Sea, and jointly carried out the full training qualification assessment for multiple courses such as three-dimensional landing and maritime navigation replenishment. According to the report, the cooperation between the two ships has greatly improved the multi wave continuous dispatch capability of shipborne helicopters, hovercraft and amphibious land combat equipment. On October 29, CCTV reported that the Hainan Ship had completed its full training and assessment, which was a key step towards the ocean. Song Zhongping, a military expert, told the Global Times that in less than two years, three Type 075 amphibious attack ships had been in service and gradually formed their combat effectiveness and support capacity, demonstrating the determination and urgency of the PLA to develop advanced weapons and equipment, which was determined by the need to safeguard the integrity of national sovereignty and territorial integrity and safeguard national security. An anonymous military expert told the Global Times that the completion of the full training assessment indicates that the commander and crew of the ship have completed the contents of the military training program and are capable of carrying out war operations and non war operations
