At present, the world has entered a period of comprehensive digital transformation. The World Internet Development Report 2022 points out that digital technology innovation is still the global strategic focus and the leading and key force to achieve innovation driven productivity development. In 2021, the scale of digital economy added value of 47 countries in the world will reach 38.1 trillion US dollars, with a nominal year-on-year growth of 15.6%, accounting for 45.0% of GDP. Since 2017, the Blue Book has been released globally for six consecutive years and is an important part of the World Internet Conference.
