On November 4, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce released in Beijing the main findings of the 2022 business environment assessment of 10000 private enterprises. This year is the fourth consecutive year that the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce released the results of the business environment assessment. The survey results for four consecutive years show that private enterprises' satisfaction with the improvement of the business environment continues to increase. It is reported that more than 89000 large, small and micro private enterprises participated in the survey, and the evaluation objects include 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. According to the survey, from 2019 to 2022, the total score of the evaluation will increase by different degrees year by year; The scores of the "five environments" of elements, government affairs, market, rule of law and innovation all rose significantly, among which the score of the rule of law environment ranked first in the "five environments" for three consecutive years. The main findings show that the construction of a legal business environment has progressed steadily, and enterprises are relatively satisfied with the organs of the Public Security, Public Security and the Law; Remarkable achievements have been made in the reform of government services, and the convenience of tax payment has become the most satisfactory issue in the evaluation of government environment for three consecutive years; The allocation of public factors has been continuously optimized, and the policy of ensuring supply and stable price has a strong sense of acquisition; The standardization of market supervision has been continuously improved, and the improvement of market environment has been recognized; The effect of innovation support policies is increasingly apparent, and the atmosphere of encouraging innovation is increasingly strong. Among them, the satisfaction scores of enterprises on innovation platforms and service systems, the innovation ecology of emerging industries, and the atmosphere of tolerance for innovation failures are all higher than last year. The survey also shows that private enterprises are full of expectations for the continuous optimization of the business environment, including further expectations for financing support, scientific and technological talent services, tax reduction and fee reduction, optimization of the administrative process of the government hall, as well as the improvement of the unified service platform for enterprise rights protection, and further improvement of the efficiency of handling enterprise related cases.
