For Australian funded projects that meet the requirements, the subsidy standard for non Australian funded projects will be increased by 20% on the basis of the calculation results. It is understood that, as the first special support measures to support the development of the biomedical industry since the establishment of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, the Several Measures list five specific support measures, adhere to the theme of serving the diversity of Macao's industry and driving R&D innovation, through precise support for key projects and benchmark projects including Macao projects, launch the brand of "Macao registration+Hengqin production", and at the same time strengthen R&D innovation support Optimize the industrial development ecology, create a full life cycle support environment for the biomedical big health enterprises in the cooperation zone, and achieve full coverage from the settlement to the industrialization stage. Among them, the Several Measures give priority support to Macao related projects. Focus on supporting the implementation of high-quality Australian funded projects, and give support to Australian funded projects that meet the requirements by increasing the subsidy standard of non Australian funded projects by 20%; At the same time, taking advantage of the new promulgation of the Law on the Registration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceutical Activities and Chinese Patent Drugs in Macao, Hengqin is encouraged to research and develop Chinese patent medicine products to register in Macao. According to the progress of product research and development and the actual research and development costs, the reward standard is increased by 20% on the basis of the calculation results of non Australian funded projects. At the same time, for Chinese medicine products, food and health care products that are approved and registered in Macao and produced in the cooperation zone, and are allowed to use the signs of "supervised manufacturing in Macao", "supervised manufacturing in Macao" or "designed in Macao", the relevant subsidies for each variety can be up to 20 million yuan (RMB, the same below). At the same time, enterprises in the cooperative zone are encouraged to apply for relevant production licenses and undertake the production of Macao registered products. Support the development of production, teaching and research demonstration bases of Macao universities in the cooperation zone, with a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan per year for each base. For projects in the field of biomedicine and general health that have received scientific and technological support from the Macao SAR government, a supporting subsidy of up to 8 million yuan will be given to a single project. In addition, we will promote the internationalization of "Macao registration+Hengqin production". While encouraging international registration, we will simultaneously support and encourage the introduction of new imported drugs, strengthen quality standardization management, and further improve the internationalization level of the biomedical health industry in the cooperation zone.
