The 2022 World City Day global main event and the Second Global Conference on Urban Sustainable Development opened in Shanghai on the same day, with the theme of "Action, from local to global", co hosted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, Shanghai Municipal People's Government and UN Habitat.
