It is reported that the courts around the country promote the deep integration of court work and modern science and technology around justice for the people and fair justice, build a smart court information system that supports the national four level courts to "handle all business online, open all processes according to law, and provide all-round intelligent services", build a new model of Internet justice, and vigorously promote the modernization of the trial system and trial capacity. The people's courts should build a people's court mediation platform, build a "court+" diversified dispute resolution system, widely gather people's mediation, professional mediation, administrative mediation, grassroots cadres, grid members and other forces to resolve disputes, promote the establishment of a top-down, comprehensive dispute resolution mechanism, and provide the parties with menu based, intensive, one-stop dispute resolution services. As of September this year, four level courts across the country, more than 90000 mediation organizations and more than 350000 mediators have settled on the platform, providing online dispute resolution services for the parties. On average, tens of thousands of disputes are mediated on the platform every working day, so that a large number of conflicts and disputes can be prevented at the source and solved before litigation. Xu Jianfeng, director of the Information Center of the Supreme People's Court, introduced that the People's Court supported the initiative to open judicial information and enhance the transparency of judicial work. Build four public platforms for trial process, trial activity, judgment documents and execution information, support the disclosure of case information according to law, build an open, dynamic, transparent and convenient sunshine judicial mechanism, and improve judicial credibility. As of September this year, more than 20 million trials have been broadcast live on the China Open Trial Network, with more than 50 billion visits; The China Judicial Documents Network has published more than 130 million judicial documents, with more than 90 billion visits. "As of September this year, the number of real name registrations of the 'People's Court Online Service' platform has reached more than 13 million, more than 21 million online filing applications have been received, more than 54 million online documents have been delivered, and the cumulative number of visitors has exceeded 3 billion." Chen Qiwei, Deputy Director of the Information Center of the Supreme People's Court, introduced that the "People's Court Online Service" platform integrates national general litigation service functions such as mediation, filing, file reading, service, preservation, and identification, and some local court characteristic service functions. It supports centralized inquiry and handling of litigation service matters of national courts, and can meet the judicial needs of the people for one-stop online services of national courts.
