Among them, the 3D printing results of Zhiyuan Ship were displayed as typical objects in the exhibition, attracting the attention of the audience. It is understood that the Zhiyuan ship salvaged from 2014 to 2016 includes a monocular telescope engraved with the English name of Chen Jinkui, the first mate of the Zhiyuan ship, a group of porcelain fragments with the traditional "Zhiyuan" characters after splicing, square portholes and a variety of weapons and equipment. It has many kinds of materials, various types of weapons, and large differences in corrosion degree. In the view of Dr. Tian Xingling, a research librarian of the Chinese Academy of Cultural Heritage, cultural relics record the genetic code of the national blood. Digging its past life, protecting and utilizing its present life will help to enlighten the future cultural prosperity. The protection and utilization of these cultural relics bearing important historical information and integrating scientific research value and exhibition value is an important challenge for the protection of water cultural relics. Taking the Green Machine Gun as an example, the Water Relics Protection Technology Laboratory, based on the excavation of cultural relics value in archaeology and the recognition of preservation status in material corrosion, puts forward a targeted plan for corrosion prevention through the revelation of corrosion mechanism, and selects and adjusts the best protection countermeasures in combination with the actual treatment process; The 3D laser scanning technology and 3D printing technology are used to copy the display software and the displayed objects; Use the media and academic exchanges to disseminate the results of protection; Through education and training, we publicized the research theory and methods of protection, protection technology and materials, operation technology and other achievements, and cultivated a group of talents for the protection of cultural relics. In terms of testing by advanced means, Tian Xingling introduced that the laboratory used scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, chromaticity test, ion chromatography, etc. to scientifically analyze the material, surface condensate and corrosion products of the copper cannon. However, for the internal structure and defects of the copper gun, it is difficult to detect them by soft X-ray flaw detection analysis. Finally, 6 megaparticle accelerator and CR high sensitive imaging system are selected to clearly detect the internal structure of the Green mechanism gun. Ten gun barrels are intact and filled with condensate. In fact, the corrosion phenomenon and mechanism of marine outlet copper ware are complex, and there are many influencing factors. Therefore, in the Zhiyuan Ship Water Relics Protection Project, the laboratory used 3D laser scanning technology to retain all the information before and after the protection of typical cultural relics. In addition, the photos and videos of the whole protection process such as cleaning, desalination, condensate removal, rust removal, corrosion inhibition and sealing of the Green laser gun are retained, and the 3D laser digital information is post produced to generate a 3D model and a 3D display system. Specifically, the display system can realize the functions of 3D model cultural relics surface disease identification and disease area reading, model rotation, opening and closing of mechanism guns and gun racks. At the same time, the display system integrates cultural relics story description, cultural relics value interpretation, simulation display of cultural relics protection process, real record of protection steps, and effect comparison before and after protection.
