Up to now, the Chinese delegation has won 10 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 1 bronze medal and 4 winners' prizes in 17 events that have completed the special competition of the 2022 World Skills Competition, temporarily ranking first in the gold medal list. Among the three projects in Japan, Li Xiaosong, a student of Chongqing Electronic Engineering Vocational College, won the gold medal in the photoelectric technology project, Chen Zhiyong, a student of Guangdong Technical College, won the gold medal in the renewable energy project, and Zhang Honghao, a teacher of Tianjin Electronic Information Technical College, won the silver medal in the information network wiring project.
