The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve the basic public service system, improve the level of public service, enhance the balance and accessibility, and solidly promote common prosperity. As a grass-roots community secretary, I am very excited and encouraged. At present, Zhejiang is promoting the construction of modern community service system in urban and rural areas, realizing the full coverage of "15 minute life service circle" in urban communities and "30 minute life service circle" in rural communities, so that public services can be shared. The Lingfeng Industrial Community where I work serves 78 small and medium-sized enterprises and more than 20000 industrial workers, more than 70% of whom are young people. The community has built a book bar, a coffee bar, a basketball court and other cultural and sports facilities. It is building a youth apartment that can accommodate 3000 people, and is surrounded by hospitals and schools. In this remote industrial cluster, young industrial workers can play basketball, watch art exhibitions, listen to concerts and enjoy the same public services as the city after work. The community organized a "Mold Engineer Lecturer Group" to send training to front-line workers, recruit various talents for enterprises, and realize resource sharing and information exchange among enterprises. I will always take it as my responsibility to improve people's wellbeing and quality of life, detail the implementation of livelihood projects, and explore more experience for the construction of modern communities.
