Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China, China has made a series of remarkable achievements, which have shown the remarkable superiority of the socialist system to the world. In my opinion, one of the most important achievements is that China has won the battle against poverty on schedule and solved the problem of absolute poverty historically. This is not only the embodiment of the essential requirements of socialism, but also the embodiment of the important mission of the CPC. China has been at the forefront of the world in safeguarding the people's rights to subsistence and development. China cannot develop without the world, and the development and prosperity of all countries in the world also need China. In just a few decades, China has developed into the world's second largest economy and created a "Chinese miracle", which is an encouraging example of rapid economic and social development. Today, China has the most complete and largest industrial system in the world, and has become an important engine of world economic growth. The leadership of the CPC has played a decisive role in China's rapid development. The hard work and creativity of the Chinese people are important reasons for China's leap forward development. This book systematically and profoundly expounds the CPC's experience in governing the country and politics, which is priceless and can be used for reference by many countries. One of the most valuable experiences of the CPC is its insistence on integrating the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific reality and with China's excellent traditional culture, which demonstrates the power of truth of this great theory. The Communist Party of Moldova and the Communist Party of China have established friendly relations, which we are extremely proud of and cherish. During our visit to China, we had the opportunity to learn from China's experience in party and country building, economic and social development, and national rejuvenation. These experiences are precious to the Communist Party of Moldova. We thank the CPC for its support and are willing to continue to deepen cooperation between the two parties. China has put forward such important concepts and initiatives as building a community with a shared future for mankind and jointly building the Belt and Road, which are conducive to opening up a new path for world peace and development and are of great significance to promoting world prosperity and development. In my opinion, the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" initiative aims to unite the people of all countries by realizing the ideals of peace, development and prosperity. In recent years, Morocco China cooperation has been developing constantly, especially in the field of technology and energy. In February this year, the two sides signed the intergovernmental handover certificate of China's assistance to Moldova's solar power plant project. We appreciate and admire China's help and contribution. The ongoing 20th National Congress of the CPC will draw up a new blueprint for China's development, which will have an important impact on China and the whole world.
