The relevant person in charge of the Executive Committee of the Demonstration Zone pointed out that the carbon peaking and carbon neutralization work of the Demonstration Zone is an important starting point for implementing the national strategy of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. The relevant programs are designed to provide replicable and replicable experience for exploring the integrated and coordinated implementation of the carbon peaking goal, and provide strong support for the implementation of cross regional coordinated development and the "dual carbon" goal. It is reported that the main goal of the demonstration area to achieve carbon peak is to coordinate economic development and carbon emission control, maintain sustained economic growth, accelerate the construction of an integrated and coordinated carbon reduction pattern led by the government, driven by the market, co governed by the industry and participated by the whole people, and actively promote the transformation from "dual control" of energy consumption to "dual control" of total carbon emissions and intensity. Based on the energy resource endowment of the demonstration zone, we will steadily and orderly reduce the stock, gradually control the increment, promote the smooth transition of green and low-carbon transformation, and ensure that the peak is reached in a safe, orderly and stable manner. The fourth is demonstration and guidance, highlighting the regional benchmark and model features. Gather the advantageous resources of the Yangtze River Delta region, focus on centralized guidance and classified demonstration, create a number of green low-carbon demonstration areas, parks, communities and projects, and accelerate the formation of demonstration and leading effects. Fifthly, the industry should jointly govern and pool the joint force of green and low-carbon transformation. Adhere to the principle of government leading and market leading, explore innovative, scientific and reasonable market-oriented and diversified green low-carbon co construction system, and promote the public to build a low-carbon society.
