The Regulations require that the education and training of public procurators shall be managed by the Supreme People's Procuratorate in a unified manner, the provincial procuratorates shall take overall responsibility, and the procuratorates at all levels shall implement it according to their management authority. The lower level hospital shall regularly report the education and training work to the higher level hospital. Clarified the division of responsibilities for the education and training of prosecutors, which is the main responsibility of the party group, the leadership of the political department, the leadership of the business department, and the responsibility of the National Prosecutors College and its branches. The Regulations define the classification and content of education and training. Among them, the political rotation training for prosecutors is organized hierarchically and hierarchically, highlighting the integration of political construction into business training. The unified pre service training for newly appointed prosecutors lasts for one year and the centralized teaching time is not less than one month. The training for the newly appointed chief procurator, deputy chief procurators and full-time members of the procuratorial committee shall be completed before or within one year after taking office, and the training time shall not be less than 15 days. The training for promotion of senior prosecutors shall be completed within one year of promotion, and the accumulative time shall not be less than 30 days or 230 class hours. The on-the-job training for prosecutors during their in-service period shall be no less than 12 days or 90 class hours per year. The Regulations pointed out that the education and training of public procurators were carried out by means of off the job training, self-study, joint meeting of the procuratorial committee and public procurators, and on-the-job training. Promote cross regional and cross departmental joint training for personnel of the legal professional community or relevant administrative departments. We will deepen exchanges and cooperation between procuratorial organs and institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions. The Regulations emphasize that the participation and assessment results of prosecutors are one of the important bases for annual assessment, investigation, appointment and promotion.
