The main functional area of the News Center is located in Beijing Media Center and Beijing New Century JAL Hotel. The residence is equipped with a reporter reception area, a press release area, a reporter work area, a media work area, a data service area, a video interview room, a radio and television signal service room, a network service room, a picture service room, etc., to provide journalists with services and guarantees in terms of news interview, data query, public radio and television signals, etc. The person in charge of the 20 major news centers said that while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the news center will provide rich, colorful, warm and thoughtful services to domestic and foreign journalists through on-site interviews, online video interviews, written interviews and other ways. During the Congress, the News Center will organize on-site interviews with domestic and foreign journalists on some important agendas of the Congress, organize interviews with the Party representative channel, organize multiple press conferences, press conferences and collective interviews, organize domestic and foreign journalists to visit Beijing for interviews, coordinate and arrange for overseas journalists to conduct individual interviews with the Congress delegates, etc. The News Center has specially set up a network video interview system. Domestic and foreign journalists can connect with the press release hall of the Great Hall of the People, the press release hall of the Media Center and the video interview rooms of the delegations in the New Century JAL Hotel through the network video special line. The News Center also provides accommodation and transportation services for journalists at home and abroad to facilitate their participation in important interviews organized by the News Center. The 20 major news centers have opened the official website of the news center and related platform accounts. Reporters at home and abroad can learn about the service content and measures of the News Center in a timely manner, and obtain more interview materials through the official website "Reporters Area". The News Center also opened a registration system for overseas journalists and an application system for interview delegates to facilitate overseas journalists to register for the conference and submit applications for interviews with conference delegates.
