There are 7 chapters and 41 articles in the Regulations, which respectively regulate the type and number of holidays, management and guarantee, supervision and responsibility. The Regulations meet the needs of the new situation and tasks, set up balanced holidays for different regions, different posts and different types of personnel, and standardize the annual leave, home leave, personal leave, sick leave, maternity leave and nursing leave stipulated by the state and the military; Clarify the preparation, control and adjustment procedures of leave plans, increase the arrangement of cross annual leave system, and improve the flexibility of leave management plans; Clearly adjust the travel fee guarantee standard for family visits according to the level of economic and social development, establish holiday service guarantee network, and better meet the actual needs of officers and soldiers for family visits; We will strengthen the rigid implementation of the vacation system, adjust and optimize the economic compensation methods for non vacation, and improve the quality of vacation implementation throughout the military.
