Recently, the School of International Relations of the National University of Defense Technology and a joint teaching and training cooperation base of a brigade in coastal defense officially unveiled. The two sides will focus on personnel training, military training and war preparation to carry out comprehensive cooperation. Previously, the hospital also signed a joint education cooperation agreement with a group army. Embedded in the battle position and quenched with steel, aiming at strengthening the tendons and bones. In recent years, the college has continued to expand the multi-dimensional education network, and has established a joint education and education mechanism with many units to achieve the goal of connecting the playground to the battlefield and the school gate to the camp gate. They divided the responsibilities of departments, defined the division of strategic cooperation tasks of joint education among departments, and built a joint education task implementation mechanism with smooth links and clear division of labor. On this basis, the Institute signed cooperation agreements with more than 10 units, walked away from the road of diversified teacher construction combining appointment system, faculty system, employment system and tenure system, realized the flow and sharing of teachers, and cooperated to build a teaching experiment platform. At the same time, they also expanded the practice base and practical teaching base to help students improve their ability to hold positions in combination with the needs of growing cadre students' first position. Some time ago, when Li Yanhui, a teacher of the college, went to the army to teach, he found that the method of identifying unknown targets in some units needed to be improved. To this end, he helped grass-roots units sort out a set of process based and preplanned work plans based on the actual work, and took this improvement plan back to the school as a case to enrich the classroom teaching content.
