China Successfully Launches Beidou Low Earth Orbit Navigation Enhancement System S5/S6 Test Satellite

At 21:10 on October 7, Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center successfully launched the Beidou Low Earth Orbit Navigation Enhancement System S5/S6 test satellite in micro space by using the Long March 11 sea launch vehicle in the Yellow Sea, using the "one arrow and two stars" approach. The satellite successfully entered the scheduled orbit and the launch mission was a complete success. These two satellites are mainly used to monitor the service performance of the global satellite navigation system in real time, and carry out navigation enhancement and inter satellite laser communication experiments. This mission is the 441st flight of the Long March series carrier rocket. (Liu Xinshe)
