At this time, drinking water is' passive drinking '." Wang Xiaoqin suggested that when you are thirsty, you should not drink a lot of water at one time. It should not exceed one third of the physiological capacity of the human stomach (more than 500ml for adults). A large amount of water enters the stomach at one time, which is not only easy to stimulate stomach spasm, affect digestive function, but also increase the burden of the heart and kidney. The correct way to drink water is to slowly drink a glass of water (200ml water). Children or the elderly can slowly drink a glass of water twice (100ml each time). When drinking water with a lower temperature, you can take the first sip of water in your mouth and swallow it slowly to adapt your mouth and body to the water temperature, and then drink it slowly. What if the stomach cramp is caused by drinking too much water? Wang Xiaoqin pointed out that at this time, the stomach muscle is contracting strongly, and antispasmodic drugs should be used to relieve it, such as triptavirine hydrochloride, Abdecoan tablets, etc. At the same time, the acid suppressant magnesium aluminate should be used to protect the stomach mucosa. For non drug intervention, hot towels can be used to compress the painful parts, and attention should be paid to prevent scalding. The hot compress time should be less than 30 minutes. If there is still no relief, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible.
