Li Keqiang said that scientific and technological innovation is a strong driving force for the development and progress of human society. China attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation, actively integrates itself into the global innovation network, strictly protects intellectual property rights, and comprehensively strengthens international scientific and technological innovation cooperation. At present, China's scientific and technological strength and innovation ability have made remarkable progress. Mass entrepreneurship and innovation have gathered wisdom and strength, which has greatly stimulated market vitality and social creativity, and strongly promoted the rapid growth of new drivers. Li Keqiang pointed out that, facing the future, China will strengthen international exchanges and cooperation with a more open attitude, deeply participate in global science and technology governance, constantly expand the field and space of international scientific and technological innovation cooperation, and work with other countries to seek innovative development plans and build a better homeland for mankind. China is willing to continue to maintain friendly cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and jointly promote the establishment of open, inclusive, balanced and effective international rules on intellectual property.
