In order to effectively strengthen the supervision of the "top leaders" and the leading group, the CNOOC Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team recently conducted work interviews with 8 members of the Party leading group in the units. The Secretary of the Party Leadership Group took the lead in accepting interviews, and together with the leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group, interviewed other members of the Party Leadership Group one by one, so as to implement the main responsibility and supervision responsibility in one and work in the same direction, and further strengthen the responsibility of governing the Party. Since 2021, the discipline inspection and supervision team of CNOOC has conducted full coverage interviews with members of the leading party members for two consecutive years. On the basis of summing up the work experience of last year, the interview was more standardized and focused. We will strengthen our sense of political responsibility and urgency in comprehensively and strictly governing the Party. At the same time, we will implement the relevant requirements of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervision Commission, work interviews and urge the Party Leadership Group to study and implement the Rules of Procedure for Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Organs, and promote the members of the Party Leadership Group to take the lead in implementing the Rules. Before the interview, the discipline inspection and supervision team of CNOOC systematically analyzed the problems found in supervision, discipline enforcement, inspection and audit supervision, formulated a targeted "list of problems", and raised a total of 32 issues that need attention in their respective fields to 8 members of the Party leading group; During the interview, we will discuss together and propose measures; After the interview, strengthen the tracking and efficiency, and promote the problem solving. All members of the Party Group attached great importance to the interview work, prepared well before the interview, investigated according to the interview outline and the "list of issues", and formed an analysis report; During the interview, we faced problems directly and communicated frankly. We took the interview as an important platform for internal communication within the leading group of the Party and a useful supplement to the democratic life meeting. We talked about both work and ideas, urged and promoted, and listened to suggestions. The awareness of consciously accepting supervision was significantly improved, and the joint force of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party was constantly enhanced. After two consecutive years of exploration and practice, the interview work has played an important role in strengthening the construction of the leadership in the units stationed, and has set a model for the promotion of the whole system. Next, the discipline inspection and supervision team of CNOOC will continue to implement the Rules of Procedure for Posting Offices of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organs, base itself on responsibility orientation, deepen the application of interview results, focus on issues in key areas, and track and urge the implementation of various seminar measures; Combine centralized interview with daily supervision, exchange views with members of the Party Leadership Group regularly, and earnestly and responsibly put forward work suggestions; We will improve the mechanism for members of the Party leading group to perform "one post, two responsibilities", urge and strengthen the education, management and supervision of the "top leaders" and the leadership in their respective fields, manage the "vast majority" well by focusing on the "key minority", and strive to create a clean and upright political ecology, so as to meet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Party with practical actions.
