As one of the most important technical routes of ICV, the construction of vehicle road cloud integration has received extensive attention in recent years. In Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China Mobile has led the construction of a national level Internet of Vehicles pilot area. At present, it has achieved the coordinated transformation of 400 intersections, deployed self-developed cloud control platform, and achieved nearly 100 coordinated scenarios to provide services for industry and public travel. At the same time, the project achievements have been replicated and applied in Shanghai, Wuhan, Nanjing and other cities. In the Beijing High level Automatic Driving Demonstration Zone, 329 intelligent network standard intersections, two-way 750 km urban roads and 10 km expressways have been covered with the vehicle road cloud integration function. The network cloud control system has achieved multi-channel data fusion. The ultra-high speed wireless communication network supporting vehicle network integration has been laid for 60 square kilometers, and the decimeter level high-precision dynamic map platform has been built. "The vehicle road coordination technology has reduced the collision risk of vehicles per 10000 km by 23%, the rate of roadside information participating in key decisions has reached 37%, and the optimization of traffic information control has reduced the length of vehicle queues by 30%." Kong Lei, director of the Administrative Committee of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, said that after two years of cultivation, the demonstration zone has introduced more than 40 enterprises related to the car road cloud network, such as Baidu and Xiaoma Zhixing, and has carried out in-depth research and application of new technologies in the demonstration zone with Tsinghua University, Beijing Institute of Artificial Intelligence, National Innovation Center and other universities, research institutions and platform enterprises. After years of practice, Baidu has explored a development path of "intelligent bicycle+online empowerment" in the field of vehicle road collaboration. "If an intelligent bicycle is compared to a lamp, the vehicle road coordination is a street lamp. With the lamps and street lamps complementing each other, the threshold for large-scale commercial landing of automatic driving will be greatly reduced, and safety will be further guaranteed." Li Zhenyu, group general manager of Baidu Group's Intelligent Driving Business Unit, told the reporter that with the support of the industry university research government cooperation model, Baidu had completed a C4 level intelligent roadside solution in the demonstration zone. For example, Baidu Maps will recommend the best speed in real time based on the user's speed and location in combination with the light color and countdown of the traffic lights at the intersection ahead, so as to ensure that the green light comes on when you arrive at the intersection.
