They have successively organized and carried out special actions such as "card breaking", "current breaking" and "nail pulling", The Ministry of Public Security organized regional battles in South China, East China and the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, launched 78 cluster campaigns, and the National Anti Fraud Center pushed 65.46 million early warning instructions, with an accuracy rate of 79.9%. The Ministry of Public Security, together with relevant departments, intercepted 280 million fraud calls and 400 million short messages, blocked 819000 fraudulent domain names and websites, effectively protecting the property security of the people, The number of registered cases has decreased for 15 consecutive months on a year-on-year basis, and the rising trend of telecommunications network fraud crimes has been effectively curbed. Telecommunication network fraud is a preventable crime. While strengthening the fight against it, the public security organs always adhere to prevention first, make full use of new technologies and new means to fight against criminal fraud groups, and constantly improve their early warning and prevention capabilities. Since 2021, the Ministry of Public Security, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Bank of China, has jointly launched five major anti fraud tools - the National Anti fraud Center APP, the 96110 hotline for early warning and dissuasion, the 12381 short message system for early warning and dissuasion related to fraud, the national mobile phone card "one certificate check" service, and the cloud flash payment APP "one click card check", constantly strengthening the early warning and prevention work, and building a "firewall" for the masses to prevent fraud and counter fraud. Since June this year, the Ministry of Public Security, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, has launched anti fraud business cards and "One Certificate Inspection 2.0". The anti fraud business card function means that when answering the early warning and dissuasion call from the national anti fraud department, the mobile phone user can simultaneously display the warm prompt information from the National Anti fraud Center and the Anti fraud Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, so that the mobile phone user can quickly identify the call number and safely answer the anti fraud early warning call. "One pass check 2.0" service refers to that users input their mobile phone number and ID number, query the number of Internet accounts associated with their names with one click, and understand whether their accounts are used by others, so as to effectively prevent fraud risks caused by Internet accounts being used by others.
