Former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda said that Japan and China should take the opportunity of the 50th anniversary of normalization of diplomatic relations to review the original intention of normalization of diplomatic relations, strive to achieve peaceful coexistence, jointly maintain regional prosperity and stability, and make greater contributions to the international community. Former Japanese Foreign Minister Makiko Tanaka reviewed the historical longitude and latitude of normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and China and hoped that the two countries seize the opportunity of the 50th anniversary to actively carry out exchanges in various fields and strive to achieve peaceful coexistence and common prosperity.
