The new combat force has made an important breakthrough, and the track extends from offshore to ocean. In terms of talent construction, the new talent team of naval aviation, represented by carrier based aircraft flight talents and aircraft carrier command talents, is rising and growing. The growth path training link of carrier based fighter pilots has been fully connected, and the dual track training path of "modification mode" and "growth mode" has been completely gone. The navy aviation corps have built 14 youth aviation schools relying on local high-quality ordinary high schools, which have also become the main channel for the navy to recruit flight cadets.
